We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India from our Mumbai warehouse.
Shipping Time:
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges:
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
Some Extra Amount will be Charged for Cash on Delivery orders.
Delivery Hours:
Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM IST.
Order Tracking:
You’ll receive tracking details via SMS/email once your order is shipped.
Returns
Return Window:
You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible Reasons for Returns:
Wrong size or product delivered
Defective or damaged product
Product not as described
Uncomfortable or poor fit
Return Conditions:
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Reverse pickup will be arranged in most serviceable areas.
Refund Method:
Full Refund [Excluding Delivery Charges] Will be Provided
Prepaid orders: Refund to the original payment method.
COD orders: Refund via UPI or bank transfer.
Exchange Option:
Want a different size or color? We’ll send the replacement once the original item is picked up.
